I got the game on HD on my computer. Rewatching now. I will provide frame by frame HD shots when it gets to the play.

Slive is talking about suspending him for the next three weeks ...
Tom Ritter concurs with the decision.
Who says the SEC will not enforce the rules against Bama?

Good god, you people.
Seriously. To argue that Dial made an illegal hit is to completely ignore the rules that are in place. If Dial hit a defenseless player in the exact way he hit AM....then yes BY RULE it is illegal. But, since AM wasn't a defenseless player, Dial can hit H2H just as long as he doesn't lead with his forehead and he didn't.
This is straight forward reading of the rules.

I'm done arguing with butthurt, whining LSU fans. I feel like I have spent half the football season doing that. Peace, bitches.

Hmmm, maybe they should suspend some Georgia
players as well, I mean fair is fair righ?

If Dial gets suspended for a legal hit then the UGA player that was eye gouging Milliner should get suspended as well as the UGA player that H2H hit AJ

You are dumb. The screen shot also doesn't show where Clinton-Dix was tackled. He went down at the 47-48 yard line. Murray got hit at the 44. 48-44 = 4*3 = 12 feet at most. Really more like 10 feet.
Except that the two tackles were at different times. Murray, when hit, was about 9 yards(north/south) and about 4-5 yards (east/west) away from the ball. Yess after both incidents they may have been 4 yards a part

This thread is hilarious. I have said numerous times that shite happens in football. Am should keep his head on a swivel. Of course. But that doesn't mean it was a clean play. He wanted a cheap shot on the QB, and got one. No suspension, but certainly deserved a flag.
Not butthurt at all. Had a UGA player done this to AJ, I'd say the same thing.

Well, AJ did get a helmet to helmet...obviously a flag was thrown..but I think Ogletree should be thrown out of the Georgia program. UNBELIEVABLE.

I watched earlier in a frame by frame, in HD, you really can't see the far shoulder contact point, at first contact, to tell which hit came first(head or body) what you can see is the head does go back first before the main part of the body, however, if his shoulder hits first, where you can't see clearly, it could have just twisted murrays body a little until dials full hit came to push his body back as well.

I've said numerous times that the hit doesn't warrant a suspension. But it was clearly a cheap shot. Call it clean if you want (I disagree) but either way, it was cheap. He wanted to knock the frick out of the QB. Deserved a flag.

He led with the helmet. Everyone can see that but the Bammers. This is probably due to a psychological phenomenon called "the confirmation bias."

The thing is, nobody is immune to confirmation bias, so it applies equally to those who hate Alabama. Therefore, nobody is correct.

The funny thing about this thread is the number of Gumps actually willing to ARGUE this wasn't a BLATANT cheap shot.
Now all those psychologiocal studies make sense that say that people first react on the basis of emotion and then marshall arguments in support...
Gumps gonna gump.

The difference is there are plenty of other Bammers who agree with us
I started a thread on it during the game. Nearly 90% of Bammers who posted in it said that the hit warranted a flag. They have now disappeared.

The frick are you talking about? The ball carrier is literally right out of the frame of that still shot. I will give you 7-10 feet...but no more.
So now you're disputing units of measure?
