Well, for me personally, there was one bright spot this horrible season.

Yes, but he has been indoctrinated from an early age to be an Auburn fan/man so he is pretty much doomed.

Congrats. It's not as easy now as it has been in the past. Huge accomplishment.

No it isn't. I think you needed a 19 on the ACT back in my day, and hell I didn't know anyone that wanted to go that didn't get in.

Awesome. Maybe he'll actually have a good reason to get student tickets before he graduates.

When I was accepted my parents hid it from me until we went out to eat with my grandparents. They had the waiter bring out my acceptance letter. I had no idea it was coming.

What do you have to make now, a 26 or something?

Don't you get 2 extra points if a family graduated as well?

I "heard" that the average incoming score is around a 26, don't know how true that is.

As to the family bonus points don't know. However, if they give points for graduating from AU, do they deduct for one parent graduating from UT?

Congrats! Getting in had gotten tougher for sure, and I'm not sure about the family bonus points. I knew a guy with his family name on a building who couldn't get in, and that was back in 2003.

Average ACT score is a 27 currently. We will see that drop a little in coming years due to financial aid in the form of merit scholarships will be drastically reduced (budget constraints)

THere is no minimum ACT score to be accepted however

Old people..........

Feel your pain. I have a high school sophomore right now. She doesn't show much interest in Auburn. I've been trying to get both of mine to pick a school based off their interest rather than the athletics (not to say that yall didn't).

Took Auburn over Clemson because AU had a better football team.
