Gotcha. I don't go to mg in BR as we have a spot on the parade route in Uptown Nola and honestly have never seen a dude whip out his junk there since I have been at that spot since 2001.

I stay away from bourbon st for mg but have seen dudes get busted for this shite in different times of the year on bourbon. That crap doesn't fly uptown especially with all the families and little kids around. It's the dumb tourists that think that they can get away with this crap that usually get targeted and they should. The teabagger is not the first person to get busted for dumb shite nor will he be the last.

Agreed regarding the NOLA parade route being G rated. Strange how one block over its XXX. the MG parade in BR Spanish Town gets wilder every year.

You don't say! Thanks for the public service announcement.

More like 20-30 blocks

Did the parade route change? Used to go down Magazine, about a block or so from Bourbon.

It starts a long ways from where you are talking about. Most start at Tchoupitoulas and Napolen and then hang a right on Napoleon and St. Charles and stay on St. Charles for miles until they get to Canal. The Uptown parade route is not littered with tourists thus you will not see man junk. Plenty of drunk people but the cops are all over it.
It never goes down magazine

There you go. Canal and the parade are a block from Bourbon. Lots of shite going on there. Hide your kids, hide your wife.

Some body needs to go case by case over that Judge's sentencing and compare it against this sentence.

That teabagger had to take the deal because of the Bama game that was upcoming at the time.
Imagine how many more years that Yeldon run in the 4th qtr would have added to his sentence.

True story. If he had been sentenced after that game, he would have gotten 10 years to Life.

There wasn't a trial. He accepted a plea bargain.
Way to go, ignorance.
ETA: Just for the record, Orleans Parish DA Leon Cannizzaro is a graduate of Loyola Law School in New Orleans. Hardly the prototypical "butthurt LSU fan."

Everyone fricks up from time-to-time. He should be punished, but the punishment is overkill.

I would bet that if this guy got raped in prison, this same Judge would do NOTHING to the rapist. It's the kind of sick, hypocritical society we live in.

I've fricked up many times over my many years...but never to the point of rubbing my junk in someone's passed out face.
As I've stated before, this guy won't serve nearly half of that sentence. He'll do some boot camp type of program and be out in a few months.
Had he done anything at all to reach out to the victim and show remorse, he probably would have gotten off much easier. It's not the judge's or the DA's fault that he refused to do so.

2 years for teabagging someone is fricking ridiculous
It wasn't, of course, but what if it was a passed out woman? Like your sister? Would 2 years be ridiculous then? Should there be a difference in penalty if it is done to someone of the same sex as opposed to someone of different sex?

It's a damn shame that he's an idiot who sexually assaulted someone on camera all while representing his home state with class and dignity, much to the delight of his fellow fans around him. He deserves to be in humiliation. He's 30 fricking years old. I guess he hasn't shaken off the stupid yet
This. If you're gonna be be stupid, you'd better be tough.

What if you were passed out in Krystal and a woman put a Tuna Clamp on ya, think she would deserve 2 years in the pen?
