What do you think is worse, taking your nuts out and rubbing them on someone's head, OR, getting pregnant, not wanting the unborn human, and just willfully having it killed and carved out of your body? How much jail time does that deserve?

I think you are missing the point of this. Your experiences all involved consensual contact between parties involved. Tea bagger did not ask for nor receive permission to place his ball sack upon tea baggees face. If someone gets raped during Mardi Gras then it is still a crime and investigated to the full extent of the law.
