I dislike the gumps as much as anybody but hate to see a man's life effectively ruined over this. It's a damn shame. A stiff fine and some community service would have been plenty to go along with the public embarrassment

In one sense i think it's over the top, specfically the amount of time.

But i also think he's lucky to avoid having to register as a sex offender.

It is laughable though that he thought pulling his balls out in a krystals was acceptable public behavior. Just for being that stupid he should go to jail.

It's not like he was in his frat house where you kind of sign up for that sort of thing by joining.

Exactly what was the point you were trying to make here?

If the tea bragger had a lawyer worth his salt he could walk away with money in his pocket. Just show the court pictures from ordinary Bourbon Street daily life that goes unnoticed by NOPD and all should be forgiven. For Boubon Street, tea-bagging is a way of saying hello.

Guess it's all just a direct result of the babies mama being the babies Aunt too!! Which I believe is also acceptable in Arky and Bama!

It was WRONG! And he got what he deserved. He got off easy not having to register as a sex offender!

Don't feel sorry for him. You gotta know better than to do shite like that.

I agree with you but do think 2 years is excessive.

Of course times are changing. Not sure I would want to spend years with You Tube video showing someone's nut sack on my forehead. Before the internet, this wouldn't have been as big a deal. The guy passed out has been humiliated, ended up leaving school, etc...

Some pretty serious shite went down over this.

This dude is 33 with a wife and kids. Maybe a little jail time will teach this guy how to be an adult.

I don't think it will teach him to be an adult. I think it just fricks him up more.

It's not excessive. Wasteful of tax dollars maybe, but a 30 year old father shouldn't be puttin his balls on another guys face in public when he's passed out

This is what's wrong with the country. Everyone thinks shite is no big deal nowadays

Not really. I do think it's a shame that taxpayers have to support him during his time in prison.

I also think if this happened in any other state, the plea deal would have been for community service and probation instead of 2 years in jail.

I think your tax dollars will also go to some other useful things. And I agree. But maybe you shouldn't go pissing in the chefs kitchen.

So, @ $36,895 per year, Louisiana will spend $73,790 to teach this guy a lesson.

Yes, it was wrong.

A matter of perspective, but at what cost?

Do you understand that this guy will actually serve less than 1 year behind bars?

Have you ever heard of good behavior?
