This year or last? LSU got screwed last year by a set of ridiculous logic and UF is getting screwed this year applying reverse logic.
Alabama benefits in both situations? Don't see the issue here Gump? Not surprising.

I haven't even thought about it that way. The resemblance is crazy. Except, yeah, the eye test. 100% of the media is on their knees in front of Saban.
The only resemblance is the record.. Florida had a much tougher schedule than alabama but managed to struggle against almost everyone they beat, including directional schools.
Alabama, on the other hand, never had a close game besides the LSU loss.
It's actually a really bad comparison.

Why don't you guys all just get together and start one really big thread titled, "We Hate Alabama and Don't Want Them to Win Again; Tales of a Hurt Anus"

LSU didn't get screwed last year. They got whupped in the BCSCG. They play the games for a reason.

Florida struggled in a lot of its games this year. Not so much for Alabama last year.

Sure, if the BCS formula works out to have Florida at 1 or 2. BCS 1 versus 2 plays in the BCSCG, just like the last 15 or so years. We'll see how it works out on Sunday.

Okie State lost to an unranked Iowa State team that went 6-6.
I don't know why you are still bitching about that.

Amazing that that little fact somehow escaped the OP
Actually Kansas State is this year's Oklahoma State. Both will be left out of the BCSNCG because they managed to lose to terrible teams.

Alabama is Oklahoma St. - Fine season, won their conference, good team, but struggled in their only big games of the year. Lost at home and was down by 20. Actually, 2011 Oklahoma St had a better resume than 2012 Alabama.
Florida is Alabama - Really great season, lost a close hard fought game to the #3 team on a NEUTRAL field while committing 6 tunrovers. Has wins over 4 Top 10 BCS teams including 2 on the road. Actually, 2012 Florida has a better resume than 2011 Alabama.
Oh...the eye test....sorry. Got it now.
Georgia is ahead of Florida in the BCS. If UGA beats Bama, it is UGA vs. ND. Why are people arguing?

Saban complaining about if Bama Loses, his team gets screwed and is out of a BSC bowl all together.
Saban is whining about its not Fair that Florida gets to go to Sugar bowl and didn't play for the SEC Title. Go figure! Ha Ha Ha. I hope GA curb stomps that tale. Geaux Dawgs!!!!

We won all but one game with the toughest schedule according to the NCAA.
However, this is not really a good topic because ND crushes the notion.
Is our resume better than Bama's, yes. We still can't go to the big game so it doesn't really matter.

Except that Florida didn't blow everyone out on their schedule, save for their one "close loss", as Alabama did in 2011.

Why is it always LSU fans that start these crap threads?

I dislike Florida, but your all's defense is pretty damn dirty. But, yes, the big game is not within the realm of possibility, and I'm so confused about what people are arguing over.

As a Florida fan I'm getting tired of people making this argument.
