Credentials? The Gators have the best credentials of anyone in the nation, this season. Bottom line is the BCS has nothing to do with conferences & divisions. It is about the highest ranked teams. It is about pairing the #1 & #2 ranked teams in a NCG, despite their conference or division affilliations. #3 & #4 are guaranteed a spot in a BCS Bowl, despite their affilliations. Saban needs to STFU and worry about beating UGA. Little whiny bastage. The worst thing is that the Bama fans emulate his whiny little arse.

eta : Just to be fair and let y'know, I'm not trying to talk shite, just trying to defend Saban. Like a true fan. I like you, I would say the same things to other Bama fans like NBama and Kaptin (two of my favorites) if they were talking shite about CNS.

Saban isnt thinking about the Sugar Bowl. He was taking up for Georgia before he stomps them and sends the 2nd place team in the east to a BCS bowl over the team that won it.

If the whole system was "fair" or "right," then Florida wouldn't have had to play A&M and LSU from the West when Alabama had to play Tennessee and Missouri from the East.
Florida is more deserving of making the championship game than Alabama, but the ever-so-biased "eye test" (aka the ESPN Hype Machine) and stupid preseason rankings affecting national perception don't allow deserving teams to be recognized over mediocre teams with creampuff schedules.
