I've been to Death Valley for an Ole Miss game with a tiger friend of mine on a rainy Saturday about 10 years ago and still loved the atmosphere from a nuetral fan persepctive, despite the weather. LSU is the only SEC stadium (other than TAMU obviously) I have been to.
I know TAMU is consistently around 87-88k for bigger games, but what about the rest of our new conference? I plan to fly to a road game every year and I was just curious what sort of capacities there are.
Depending on which of the supposed 4 plans to build the 4th side there are for TAMU, I'm looking forward to seeing what our new capacity numbers will look like. 110ish maybe?

there's that PDF file you can google that talks about the athletic department's plans that lists things like Reed Plaza and it says it would eventually put sanford over 100,000. that being said we had one of the head fundraising guys come into class and when he was asked if the university planned to expand he said that at this point that trend is reversing and many schools, like texas and tennessee, are having issue fully packing the stadium and with the continual advancement of home viewership that trend will only continue. so he basically said they may do stuff to sanford but not expand. only thing they'd do is maybe knock out some seating for more club and boxes

Google doesn't have the comedic entertainment of longhorns talking shite in a forum of a conference they aren't even in.

It always baffles me when I see talk of UGA looking to go over 100,000 for its seating capacity. I mean, we as fans cannot even fill out the upper corner of the 300's and 600's until after halfway through the 1st quarter. What in the world makes us think we can get the 100,000 in before kick off? (or ever, for that matter)

Faurot Field is currently at 63k seating, 71k with SRO.
In two years, capacity will be about 77k. Then another two or 3 years after that, we should be near 85k.
