To LSU fans: I apologize on behalf of my Bama brethren for these crude acts that have been occurring on your campus.

To Bama sidewalkers: Come on. Act like you've been there.

Only proper retaliation is destroying the statues at Bama or blowing up denny chimes.

Sledgehammer to the hand prints.

LSU fans would retaliate, but we know it will ultimately end with you killing our oak trees. Better just take a knee on this one.

Is it a coincidence that Harvey lives in LA now?

This seems like a proper response. Things definitely need to be escalated, but not too much.

My thoughts exactly. It looks like someone hurriedly put up these displays, snapped a picture real quick when there were no security or campus police around, then split.

I started it. On the way back from Atlanta after the CFA Kickoff Classic game against North Carolina in 2009, we took the long way and drove through Tuscaloosa to see BDS.

Nicktator's Statue wasn't up, but I posed for a great shot taking a squat on Nick's platform. I also have another one where I'm taking the Bear's statue's pulse and shaking my head.

I think my Dad has one where he's trying to wrestlie a bottle of Jack out his hands.

Bama fans are like the guy in your office who doesn't understand proportionality of response. You place good natured printouts mocking his team in his office when he is gone. He gets pissed and covers your entire office in flour and takes a magnet to your hard drive. You don't ever get in a war with someone like that. The bottom line is you don't have the will to win.

We need de-escalation now. We've already had a tea bagging. Nobody wants to see Saban get piss ballooned or Mike the Tiger enjoying an antifreeze icepop on a warm July afternoon. (Wait, I don't think either of those statements make sense for different reasons.)

Not something I'd do, but it's not that bad. No worse than when an Lsu cape was put on Saban's statue last year. Good natured ribbing with no harm or damage done.

the person who did this is probably another typical Bama sidewalk fan. The alumni gumps are some of the classiest. the sidewalk fans are among the trashiest.

Every base has both. One isn't worse than the others. That'd be like folks judging Louisiana folks because of the 15 reality shows that have ignorant, uneducated swamp trash on them. Most people know that's not what is representative of the state.

Mongol General: Hao! Dai ye! We won again! This is good, but what is best in life?

Mongol: The open steppe, fleet horse, falcons at your wrist, and the wind in your hair.

Mongol General: Wrong! Alabama Man! What is best in life?

Alabama Man: To kill flora, see your balls on their forehead, and to hear the call of Roll Tide from their women.

Mongol General: That is good! That is good.
