Some facts:
• Schools first met in 1904, a 7-0 Cardinals win
• Missouri coach Tim Jamieson has never beat Arkansas while at Missouri
• Last meeting was when Arkansas eliminated Missouri from the 2004 Fayetteville Regional on their way to the College World Series (again)
• Missouri has not been ranked this season, is currently on a two game losing streak, and is 7-11 in the Big 12
• Missouri has ugly as hell Underarmour baseball jerseys despite allegedly being a Nike school
• It is obvious Missouri fans do not give a shite about baseball and never will. This is just one facet of millions that will make them an eternal outlier in the SEC. By eternal I mean until they jump ship for the B1G in two years.

Pitching matchups?
I imagine we're throwing scrubs with USCe coming to town this weekend but I'm curious how Mizzou is approaching it with us being ranked. It would be a big boost for them to win.

I'm hoping for a good series here. 15-18 innings per game should do it.

Further details on today's victim:
• In his career at Coffeyville Community College, Holovach compiled a 7-8 record with a 5.15 ERA.
• Did not start pitching until the summer before his senior year of high school.

True, college baseball is incredibly uninteresting, most of the nation and about half of the SEC agrees.

I love college baseball but our team just hasnt been very good as of late. We will be getting a facilities upgrade soon and hopefully a coaching upgrade as well. Hopefully we can take 1 of 2 at "The Palace"
