I bet the NOLA police department will be totally stoked about this. It's not hard to imagine that working in law enforcement in such a sleepy, little backwater as NOLA where nothing much goes on, the opportunity to crack the case of the Kyrstal Tea Bag will have them all foaming at the mouth.

You do realize they arrest an charge people for indecent exposure and public urination non-stop right? The guy who did it is really lucky an NOPD officer didnt see, he would have been thrown to the ground and locked up really quick
