I forwarded this link to buddy of mine who is in the U.S. Attorney's office. He called and said they will track back from the original poster on YouTube and will prosecute.

I can't pass gas without offending someone. Iguess the New Orleans thing to do is pick his pocket and steal his shoes just like most degenerates in that city do. Give me a fricking break! Crowd the judicial system with a big fat nothing burger while rapist and murderers are out on the street. This bama fan probably has a bachelors or masters degree and is a functioning member of society. The NOPD just has to walk two steps out the fricking front door of that shithole and see criminals who are ten times worse than this guy. Get off your high horses already. I watched it& couldn't believe it.
It quickly got whacked by the mods.
I put it here because I thought it was a pretty clear Dick move (figuratively and literally) and figured we might give the ol boy the fame he so desperately craves.
For this I am apparently the villian with those who defend all things Bama.
Not the guy who took his cock out and CRIMINALLY rubbed it all over the face of a passed out stranger.
I never expected so many Bama fans to celebrate it.

a) If the people know each other, and the LSU fan rubs his balls on the Alabama fan and vice versa whenever they get drunk, it's a different scenario altogether. Then it's indecent exposure, or whatever.
b) if they are complete strangers, and/or if the guy feels like he was violated, which most people would feel, it's absolutely NOT alright, and if the guy wants to press charges, he absolutely should.

No I think he is a fricking idiot who deserves a punch in the face. But he was drunk and he was just getting encouraged by his friends and alcohol. Maybe the 100 or so LSU fans that walked by should grow some balls and put a stop to it.
