Might as well since the 1st game is meaningless per some here on the SECR.

If it is meaningless, why use a score from that game?

I'm confused.

give it up. there is no win for Bama in this one. You win and LSU still claims a share of the title based on the body of work. You lose, well you lose. Sorry. Unless you really drum LSU, then MAYBE you get both.

This is why I didn't want LSU to play bama again - we get a whole month of this crap.

This is actually a pretty sweet idea. Kind of like 'Ah, where were we?'

On another note, I hope there are more than two great teams next year. 2011 is just Bama and LSU humping each other.

I think I am seriously going to have a problem with my LSU brothers and sisters if this becomes the "thing" should we happen to lose. How any LSU fan can give any credibility to a split title in the BCS era is beyond comprehension. It should only exist in the minds of the writers who are trying to be relevant. We are playing a national championship game, on the field. If we lose, we are not champions.

Sounds good. Maybe that will keep them from crying like little sisters.

Question about this guarantee. You plan on claiming a split title if the BCS and AP trophies are both awarded to Bama?

This would funny to do, but not a reality.

let me ask this: Would bama fans be in favor of a third game played at Tiger Stadium if Bama was to win? Why/why not?

Seriously it is. Let's get this movement started, all we need to do is let ESPN or TMZ involved and it could be a reality.

If the games goes into overtime and we win then sure why not. If we win it in regulation then

just like you all were saying if you lost the first game you didn't deserve to play in the BCSNCG?
