Les Miles makes Tiger roar noises at SEC meetings against MSU's Cowbells

Rules are rules, said LSU coach Les Miles, and artificial noisemakers are not supposed to be allowed, according to NCAA rules.
"I voted against it," Miles said. "I think it's illegal. It should be called illegal. It should not be allowed. It's wrong. Otherwise, we need to get some artificial noisemakers with Tiger roars."
At this point, Miles growled like a Tiger.
"The new rule encourages them not to make noise with the bells at the wrong times," he said. "The league is saying you can cheat, but we're going to have this ability to fine you. I have no idea what the hell that's about."
The vote to allow cowbells again was 10-2, Miles/Alleva was one vote against. I wonder who the other was?

I agree with Miles on:
A) Please give drunk coonasses tiger roar thingys and pom poms
B) Artificial noise makers are against the rules currently and until the rule is changed they should be penalized.
I don't care if the rule stays or go but don't have a rule if you aren't going to enforce it.

Who is to say if he hates them. All he is saying is if you have a rule in place you might as well enforce it. 100% agree with him.

I'm sure Mullen voted for it, but why the hell did so many other coaches? If it's illegal it's illegal. Whether it's "Tradition" or not. It was tradition for the KKK to lynch people, but that's not legal is it?

This - it's a State tradition - I am all for letting them keep it but only when they change the dumb arse rule.
