One of the highest profile US prosecuter in American history weighs in on AU wiretap claim.

This dude is responsible for bringing down Olympic Park Bomber Eric Rudolph and the people responsible for the infamous Church bombing of the 4 little girls in Bham in the 60s

If Tuna's thread full of rumor concerning AU's football team deserves to be stickied, surely a former Federal Prosecutor debunking the main part of his post deserves to be stickied.

You Auburn people are always being fricked with in some manner.

93 probation
2004 BCS

2010 Cam

Meanwhile LSU wins a national title with two losses.

I find it rather amusing.

He was also a defender of some of the folks convicted in the state government corruption scandal. Guess who else defended some of those dirty politicians? Yep.. Espy.. McGregors atty.

I heard that interview and he said he hasn't seen anything but he also said he hasn't seen all the evidence either. He was giving AU the benefit of the doubt until something happens.

Interesting you title the thread Former US attorney and conveniently ignore, in the initial post, he is a member of the freaking defense.

I am shocked he says much ado about nothing... shocked I tell you.

According to whom ? You and Jones' mom ?

Anyone with a pulse could have prosecuted that trial in Birmingham and won it.

Jones isn't as wonderful as you make him out to be.

You got a transcript of that interview? I'm not listening to 13 minutes of it. Exactly how does he debunk the wiretap claims?

Right. In that video he looks to be fiftyish. So he brought down the Bham bombers when he was a toddler?
