...not play in the Penn State game. Said he will not appeal to the NCAA and ask them to allow him to play.

Saban has been smart with the NCAA. And if he thinks we can win without Dareus, I bet we have a good shot at winning without Dareus.

I think it is wise for us to take what the NCAA gives us and keep our mouths shut. We are not in the position to argue with the NCAA at this point.

I fully agree. Especially after they said such nice things about Dareus. I also think Saban is smart to use this as an example to other players... if they think they can do something wrong and then get out of it, he has more of a headache to deal with.

He didn't appeal because he knows Marcel is fortunate he didn't get the Dez Bryant plan.

Agreed. And they treated Dareus very good and let him off easy, bitching about it wouldn't make sense We'll be fine without him against Penn st.

We just need to take the two game suspension and move on. Fighting this is a losing situation in every way. It could have been much worse.
