Senior Bowl Day 1 Notes relating to the SEC

Senior Bowl day 1 notes
My take away:
Go UGA Geno Atkins definately helped himself. his stock was dropping. He may work his way back into round 2
Bama OG Mike Johnson will easily go in the top of round 2.
Tenn. NT Dan Williams will definitely be the 1st NT off the board. expect him to go in round 1. Possibly as high as 12th overall to the Fins.
NT Terrence Cody's stock is dropping quickly. he really needs to get it together for the combine next month.
Florida QB Tim Tebow predictably struggled. He had a hard time with center exchange (this is pretty easy to fix). However, something less easy to fix is his throwing motion. His motion needs to be shortened their is alot of wasted time there. However, it looked to me like his footwork wasn't bad so that's a positive as that was a concern going in. I've also heard his accuracy was off all day today.
I'll post more info when i get it. I unfortunately can't put alot of my own as they only had the north team's on Tv today.

i've read a few places that dan williams might have the biggest legs that scouts have ever seen.

i saw that as well. He looks like a great player. it wouldn't shock me at all if Parcells got him at 12.

I'm sure Tebow was nervous and it caused his accuracy to be off. Also, I'm sure it's hard going from shotgun snaps to under center snaps with a center you've never worked with before.

Without question. imo center qb exchange can easily be fixed with reps.

Tebow has a huge problem with leaving his arm to low while throwing a pass. If he does it at the next level he will fumble a lot
