How good will Alabama be once they have a full complement of Saban's players that have been coached by him for four or five years?

Sickening.

This entire offense is coming back except for a couple of guys and our defense will be just as good next year as it is this year.

I honestly think we will have a better team next year than we do right now.

Bama will be very good but this level of dominance is not easy to sustain every year. You never know with recruits. A couple of bad QB recruits and you end up with a major weakness on an otherwise great team. Also, with success come great expectations which also need to be managed.

the problem next year is the absurd schedule and I'm not even so much talking about Penn St. or playing Florida, playing 6 teams coming off of byes is absurd.

we may be a better(more talented) team next yr but no way we go unscathed next yr. Plus if we win it they wont be as hungry.

Who does Alabama lose on defense next year?
Luckily, I think LSU should be improved next year and we have yall in Tiger Stadium. That said, winning that game will be hell on earth.

Arenas, Reamer, Cody, Sharief(meh), MJ, Kareem Jackson and McClain will probably enter the draft, We also lose a couple of DL Deaderick and Washington I think.

Justin Woodall; Javier Arenas; Cory Reamer; Washington and Deaderick; Cody; Marquis Johnson; Ali Shareef, maybe Anders as well? I can't remember.

McClain and Kareem Jackson are both eligible to enter the draft if they choose.

We also lose Tiffin and Fitzgerald, so that's going to hurt as well.

On offense we lose Mike Johnson, Drew Davis, Roy Upchurch (who is going to hurt more than most people believe) Mike McCoy, Collin Peek...I think that's it.

Yeah we lose a lot more than we'd like to image, especially if McClain and or Kareem Jackson leave.

We have some major holes to fill next year. It will be a challenge.

My opinion is Bama fans should cut Saban some slack if he loses a couple next year. He has been terrific and won every regular season close game even when you did not play well. It is hard to do this all the time. To me you have to get to the SEC title and NC and give yourself a chance to win. Saban is doing that even if he does not win everytime. I think Bama will win the West the next couple of years, but may go 7-1 or 6-2 in the process. They will win at least another SEC title in that 2 year span and that is not bad if that happens.

Florida lost 1 irreplaceable starter on offense and brought back their entire defense.

Be wary.

McClain is crazy if he doesn't go. He has gotta be a top pick, common sense tells you this. I have not followed the draft this year, but he is a freak?

I agree completely. Follow the money man, Bama thanks you for your service. I keep hearing the NFL wants to add the rookie salary cap after next year and he stands to lose MILLIONS. Run run and make us proud at the next level!

But we'd be awfully happy if he stays.

Donta Hightower returns and Chris Jordan and Damieon Square are going to be Stars. Marcel Dareus and Dre Kirpatrick will be very good. Our recruiting has been sick for 2 years and we got like 12 LB/DE guys that are going to be really good under Saban's system. Bama's Defense will be very good for the next few years.
