Best game you've been to...

that did not involve your team. I was at the 2001 AU-Florida game. I believe Florida was #1 or 2, and AU kicked a late FG to win. Went with a buddy of mine that played @ AU. Hell of a game, and damn good atmosphere.

Boise State Oklahoma Fiesta Bowl.......although I got up to piss during the statue of liberty play cause I thought they were just kicking the extra point!

I have not been to many that didn't involve Alabama. I guess I would have to say Texas Christian in the GMAC bowl in 2000. I went to see what Franchione's Frogs looked like, as Alabama had just hired Fran. I also went to a Southern Miss-Texas A&M game about a decade ago in Hattiesburg.

LSU-UT 2000. I have a piece of the foam from the goalpost pad. Goalposts came down pretty quickly. Also, I got to see UT get heartbroken in OT in person. Also, it was the 1st OT game in TS.

Monday night game at the old Atlanta Stadium with Falcons vs Vikings back in ?74...ATL had "General" Lee against Fran the scrambler Tarkenton. Game went down to the last play. It was the loudest pro event I have been to.

Any of the Alabama/Florida SEC Championship games in atlanta during the 90's...most of those games were memorable

I think I can count on one hand the college games I have been to that didn't involve Auburn:
Alabama/Memphis State at Legion field in the early 90s
LSU/Georgia Tech Peach Bowl in 2000
Tennessee/Maryland Peach Bowl in 2002
Of those 3, I think the LSU/GT game was the best - LSU trailed going into the 4th quarter and ended up winning by two touchdowns.
