The only reason LSU won is because our offense kept Tebow off the field. He was torching us in the first half.

I don't see why everyone is so skeptical about this. Concussions normally take several weeks to heal. Tebow is Superman, not Wolverine. He heals at the same rate as the rest of us and after suffering a severe concussion it's asinine to think that he'd be more likely to play in this game than not.

He has to be concussion free for a week before he plays. They know now whether or not he can play. If he was OK, I think we would know.

I'll believe it when i see it. Tebow has never won at Tiger Stadium and he won't miss this game.

CONCUSSION!

After a concussion, the brain needs time to heal. It's really important to wait until all symptoms of a concussion have cleared up before returning to normal activities. The amount of time someone needs to recover depends on how long the symptoms last. Healthy teens can usually resume their normal activities within a few weeks, but each situation is different. A doctor will monitor the person closely to make sure everything's OK.

You were pretty spot on when the injury first occurred, and I believe you this time. Things could change and I know you realize this.

I understand the others being skeptical since it's so early, and this could be a smokescreen to mess with our game planning.

No matter what happens, I just hope Tebow is OK. Although I hate the media worship, I think he is a good kid. I wish him all the best.

Tebow won't have a say if it's a medical decision. Depending on the severity of the concussion.. which for all intents was a bad one.. there are cognitive tests that are given that will show how far he's recovered to a degree.

I have heard this from my sources and several other people I know with great sources.
And if the UF wanted us to know this they would have told us. Your sources should not tell you anything.

a severe concussion is nothing to play with and even though i'm sure tebow wants to play very badly, i'd be surprised to see him back before homecoming.

You can't possibly risk Tebow's life by playing this soon after what was a bad concussion. The guy couldn't even watch tv or read early this week because it hurt his head. I have been around a few high school kids who have been permantly shut down from playing football because of concussions.

You just can mess around with head injuries.

UF wants us to have as little information as possible. This is most likely dead-on accurate but won't be released until Friday night or Saturday morning.

No doubt.. concussions have ended many a career... Steve Young.. Frank Wychk(however it's spelled) to name just a couple.
