How many national championships would you give up?

For your team to win a natty in football?
I would give up 5 national championships in baseball, 3 (maybe more) in basketball, and 20 in women’s basketball for one football national championship.

Damn you’ve got a lot of championships to go in those sports then
Do you think this way would be more painless than just trying to win a national championship in football?

Anyone honest would say "all of them."

Aggie is in no position to ask this question as they have none to give up.

Why would I give up the other championships when LSU already wins national championships in football?

I guess these are deals you make when you are desperate and have done nothing of relevance in nearly a century.

What about Meat Judging?

The older I get, the more removed I am from football. It’s exciting, but it’s pro ball. I want LSU to be great, but I can get pretty damn pumped when my Tigers win a baseball title.

None in MBB or baseball. Infinity in any other sport.

But you don't have any of those....

I would readily agree for us to never win another game in either baseball or women's basketball if by doing so I could guarantee that we would win just one football game. That is how meaningless those sports are.
At this point I might actually trade a football title for a men's basketball NC. We have so many of the former, but we have never been able to get over the basketball hump.

Well you've got *checks notes*
The 2011 women's basketball championship but definitely not enough in any sport to trade

You would give up 5...but you have how many? I couldn't find any.

You would give up 20, but you have 1?

It's easy to give up something you've never won or experienced!

Yeah I am envious of Florida despite the current quagmire their football team is in.
I have frequently said my bucket list thing would be Texas winning it all in March so I can say I've seen them win a title in all three.
With that said college basketball is my least favorite of the big 3 sports ever since they brought in the one and done stuff and that is with our greatest player being the poster child no less. The portal is killing my interest in college football with every player on every team being a free agent every year. I may be relegated to caring about college baseball which at least has always been the lower tier sport with most of the top level prospect going straight into minor leagues.

That’s a little harsh. LGBTQ stuff is always in the news
