Obviously it all depends on seeding and matchups but they’re playing like the best team in the country right now. Credit when credit is due. Great fricking team.

Guard play is so important in the dance. It’s hard to replace the 3 NBA guards off last season.i don’t exactly trust these guards against more aggressive teams. Also can they hit 3s. That’s a weakness that shows up in crunch time.

Gators are great, SEC is garbage. Florida and Duke look the best.

They are dominant on the glass and play suffocating defense. Even on an average shooting night, they are going to be an incredibly difficult task for anyone. I honestly think they could be better than last years squad.

This. Unless FL’s guards play above their head for 4 games in a row, they’re probably going to run into an AZ, Mich, Duke, UConn, Houston, or Purdue that can hold their own down low while out playing their guards.

We played AZ and UConn pretty evenly when our guard play was trash.
Guard play has improved light years the past 2 months.
Brown's emergence has been huge. At least 2 of our 4 guards are pretty much always giving us solid production every night now.

That team in December is nowhere near the same. They’ve figured shite out and I know it’s hard for you m fer’s to grasp. It’s ok.

Or the SEC is just bad this year. Those teams are also much much better and have played much better competition for 2 months.

Incredibly hard to do. But I wouldn't have expected a 2 or borderline 1 seed in December.

I guess you can define “bad” when a league still gets 8+ teams. I think there’s a lot of talent in this league. I think we’ll do well in March as a whole.
