Did the Tennessee judge deciding Joey A's case not graduate from EWE TEE?
I'm assuming as much, but I don't know for sure.

The OM judge graduated from Delta St undergrad an d OM law school. MS only has 2 law schools so that’s not a shocker.
UT judge went to UT undergrad and law school
The AL judge who ruled Bediako ineligible went to AL undergrad and law school
The judges in the two latter cases didn’t hold a prayer circle in the court room before the hearing either

As I comprehend and loosely explained from sports talk, the judge denied (with a roughly 27 page) due to not being enough to basically send college sports in to a spiral for one player, but leaving it open to sue the NCAA for loss wages that he would have made this season. Also left it open to pursue in federal court due to it, technically, being a violation of some working right (can’t remember the technical name for it). But this all could be resolved with collective bargaining.
TL;DR - it seems like there wasn’t enough to grant the injunction for one player at a state level to open the can of worms.
