Is that “necklace swing” a talent?

This is in mobile right? Or maybe in Fla somewhere? I was told that’s where the real Mardi Gras celebration is at.

Mardi Gras is all about having fun. If you don't like that, then it's just not for you. Laissez les bon temps rouler!

What is the appeal of Mardi Gras? Do you have to be Catholic or something?

Do not have to be catholic to participate but it originated as a catholic celebration. Mardi Gras is the last day before lent. It is a party before you are supposed to fast and give up something.
