lol....three way
ANYWAY in a league of 16 teams there are 3 stuck at the bottom of the basketball standings each with with a 2-9 record and all three with 7 games to play
We are now close enough to the end to play schedule games with an emphasis on the next 5 and you'll soon see why.
Oklahoma picked itself off the mat with a huge road win against Vandy in an arena that most teams find tricky. They have play an up and down Georgia team at home that is trying to put together a tournament resume before a one two punch of at Tennessee and hosting aTm. They then host an Auburn team that would find itself on the bubble with a loss to Oklahoma. The fifth game would be hosting LSU in a game that could decide last place.
LSU is on back to back losses and faces two road games against Tennessee and Texas where they will be heavy underdogs to Tennessee and just underdogs to Texas. They then host Alabama and travel to Ole Miss. The Ole Miss game is probably their best opportunity for a W before the fifth game against Oklahoma.
The third wheel in this is South Carolina. There probably isn't a tougher two game stretch than at Alabama followed by at Florida. Playing one of the best offenses in the country and one of the best teams in the country in back to back weeks is going to suck. But then they host Mississippi State that is a win opportunity before hosting Kentucky and going to Georgia. South Carolina is tied in tiebreaker to LSU and has a win against Oklahoma. The tie breaker situation could get weird so figure it out gamecocks.
The Mississippi schools are on notice they could both join The Race to the Bottom here shortly.

Just so you know, none of us care if we finish last. We actually want to finish last because we'll get an actual decent coach as a result.

That should be easier to accomplish than winning!

LSU and USC have split head to head this year.

You woke up and wrote a Harry Potter novel on a LSU website with an unranked Gump team who will be banned from the NCAAT
There are people with no lives and then there are Gumps.
That 35 point loss to Indiana is still, clearly, fresh.
