Florida outscored Bama 72-26 in the paint yesterday.
Good thing Oats spoke out against the refs letting the Gators stay in the paint for 7-8 seconds or it could have been really ugly

Florida is lucky that Drinkwitz hasn't done much to improve the football team. Florida can count on getting a victory for the Florida-Missouri game this coming season.

With a 3 year veteran NBA G-leaguer in their starting lineup.

It is wild the cliff Bama basketball went off this off season.

Apparently neither does the UF Administration, AD or Bull Gator donors.

And this is a perfect indicator of just how much things are falling apart for your basketball team.
Man, Bama athletics are swirling into the shitter, and it is a glorious thing to watch.

Our MBB program sucks. That doesn't make Oats any less of a bitch.

Boogie was looking pretty good too. If y'all consistently play like that, you’re going far again… Especially if y'all can up your 3pt game.

When is the last time there was actually a 3 second violation called on anyone, anywhere? The refs routinely let offensive players hang out for 5+ seconds in the lane with no whistle. I seriously don't think I've seen this call made in the college game in several years now. And we are as much the beneficiary of it as anyone else. I just don't understand why they have stopped enforcing this rule while it is still on the books. I actually looked it up a couple of years ago because I assumed there must have been a rules change that I wasn't aware of, but nope.

Oats wasn’t totally wrong in his comment because, as your pointed out, that rule is so rarely enforced these days so he’s probably got a point. But what irked me about it is that it isn’t just Florida who benefits from it not being called but pretty much every program in the country as it’s just not a violatiom that is called anymore.
