That low level Saints assistant turned out to be not that bad after all.

The mastermind behind LSU’s 2019 offense. He was never coming back to college after that season. Will be interesting to see what he does with total control.

The 19 season for LSU is much different without him.

Matt Rhule tried to use him as a scapegoat in Carolina.

Coach O knew he was gonna be a good1 when he hired him....

“Recognizing talent. I mean, that’s been part of my strengths as a recruiter,” Orgeron said on Pardon My Take. “When Joe came and he spoke to our staff in the summer, I knew this guy was gonna be a great coach. I mean, Ray Charles could see that shite.”

Very happy for Joe! Hope he crushes it.

But damn that seems like a lazy hire for the Bills to stay in house after just saying the current staff has hit the playoff wall .

Josh Allen was not happy to see McDermott fired. He loves playing for Brady and likely endorses this hire.

Does this mean he’s not coming back to LSU to be their assistant QB coach?

Is he going to be compared to Marv Levy?

Honestly not sure if he’s ready to be a HC but he’s been doubted before.

I have it from a very good source that the Bills will indeed be running dat Joe Brady offense.

He will suffer a similar fate to McDaniel I fear.

His main draw is as a OC and you take away that focus to administrative duties will inevitably end up in failure.

did they do something with the guy who sucked at drafting skill positions, but that was their problem from what I was watching

leaving the GM in tact and just changing the cards isn't going to change jack shite
