Kelly came to LSU because he believed he couldn’t win at Notre Dame. Ironically his successor eventually made it to the NC 2 years later.
Kiffin bolts from Ole Miss because he believes the environment is not conducive to a championship culture.

Kiffin has worked harder in the last 2 weeks than Kelly did his entire tenure.
