I guess they missed all the PI their defense was committing, the false starts o line, and holding by their tackles.
Why can't they just accept the win and the tremendous season?!

I'm sure they can. On a deeper level, would besmirching their victory ease jealousy ? Deep-seated insecurities often manifest as resentment.

Biggest thing i heard him say was about all the missed RTP and late hits on Mendoza in the first half that went uncalled.

it was actually douchebag Kirk Herbstreit who was crying the entire game about the 2025 Big Ten Indiana's plight as victims of the refs and those meany Miami Hurricanes
That "video expert" that Herb and Fowler go to 30 times a game, Lord, gag me with a spoon. If they went to him 30 times, then it was siding with Indiana 30 fricking times
what's his name? Bob somebody?

Funny after a late hit, a crown to the chin hit, and a late low hit on Mendoza.....The refs call Indiana on a clean hit on Beck that took slow mo replay to not look bang bang with the pass.
If you are not calling that fine with me. Just be consistent.

Not just that, but the Beck RTP flag was thrown during the most decisive drive of the game, which is exactly when you'd expect the refs to swallow their whistles. Plus the fact that the game was basically guaranteed at that point to not have Indiana cover the spread. That tells me that there was an agenda to have Miami win outright.

I thought there were a number of PI calls that could have been made, on both sides of the ball.
This CFP format needs some work - too much time off between games, no first round byes, finishes too late after the season is over and no more spots for non P-4 teams.

it was a crew that let them play
they talked about it in pregame
college sports officiating across all sports is not very consistent
you have to adapt and live with it

Valid point by the OP……targeting on the IU QB was missed twice for sure.

The bloody lip was caused by an intentional head butt with the crown of the helmet. It should have called as a fragrant personal foul.
Any coach that would not stand up for his QB in that situation would be a fool.
