Star Jackson was my neighbor for a year in Atlanta. Dead serious. It was only a couple of years after he had left the program, so I assume he had quit football because he wasn't playing at Tech or anything. He moved in across the hall with a girl I knew from Alabama who was...familiar with a lot of the football team and fricked DJ Hall for coke. He was a moron, and very loud.

shite man DJ was slinging it like Jimmy Johns but didn’t get caught. That’s why he had no NFL future. PI work franchises did on him had to be a wild to read for the GMs. Worst kept secret on campus in my day.

Tayden Kaawa has the 2nd best HS film after Keelon Russell. Don't sleep on the 6'5" Hawaiian. Super under-the-radar QB but had offers from Oregon and Washington. He's a beast. I like him better than Jett Thomalla

I hope Mack is good enough to win job because I think older, more experienced players are generally safer bets for a successful season...but ill be happy for Russell if he wins the job.

Kawaa has a big arm on him and he’s a big kid but Thomalla has put up some really gaudy numbers. Yes, it’s Nebraska but the numbers are undeniable. Kind of like people scoffed at Shaun Alexander and his gaudy numbers in high school.
