I don't think the OP honestly believes that. I think he's just trying to stir things up.
Everyone knows it's ridiculous to allege this, with Kiffin only on the job a few weeks, players declaring for the portal and before any schools have even begun spring practices.

He went to USF. Seems like a really good kid. I just think he has a long way to go. Needs a ton of work on accuracy.
