Look out, regular season Rick, if his team gets manhandled down in Gainesville. Their fan base has never been all that enamored of him despite making the tournament all the time.

Vandy and Arkansas are continuing to look good while A&M, Mizzou, and State have seemed to find some footing and are on the upswing.

How bad is aTm gonna beat us? I am just hoping Porter can keep it within 10. He has no offensive system. Against MSST we had 4 assists and were out boarded by 11. I’ve given up on Porter taking this team anywhere.

I'm a casual but if you told me the players all hated each others guts I would believe it. And they clearly do not respect Miller. He benched some of the starters the 2nd half of the Tennessee game because they were actively going against his gameplan. Miller's had a multiple press conferences bemoaning that fact.
On top of that, our talent is bottom tier of the SEC. Our only hope in the paint is a big man that always has 3 fouls 10 minutes into the game, and then we have to play a guy who literally can't catch a basketball. It's bad.

A&M is a high variance team so we could beat you by 25 or you could beat us by 25. Will depend on your ability to limit turnovers and whether A&M shoots the 3 well or not.

Going to be a tough one for us. They've got an extra day of rest. Acuff looked a little banged up and gassed in the last game. Not going into this one expecting a W but I'll be impressed if we can handle business

I'm curious about the AU/Arky line. Admittedly I haven't watched much of Arkansas basketball yet this season, but I've seen nothing from AU that makes them a favorite over any top 25 team - even at home.

We are pretty good. Not top echelon at this point, but in the 2nd tier of teams. Acuff is becoming one of the best players in the country - hopefully that can boost us into that next tier

But that works against a Barnes team. And it's working today. Chinyelu is a man. The Florida D is stifling and physical today. Haugh just ripped the ball away from a Tenner big. And Tenner ain't getting any offensive boards.

Yeah Golden has been saying we are going to be a rebound and defense team this year, and I don't know why I doubted him. He is really working on our guards to play great team defense and not worry so much about their shooting.

I guess we have decided we're just gonna live and die by the 3 this year and not change offensive identity despite being a poor shooting team.
Luckily UT keeps turning it over. Don't think they can match our rebounding intensity either.
But imo we could be a much better team if we didn't jack up 30 3s a game and ran the offense through Haugh on th e block.
