Just sayin’

Every team that wins it all has a struggle game or 2

Nebraska back in it’s heyday didn’t have many of these

Indiana struggled with a Penn St team that lost their coach this season

Mizzou used to be a thorn in Nebraska’s side

Penn State 27-24
Iowa 20-15.
Old Dominion 27-14.

LSU puts up at least 40 on all those teams.

Auburn had an elite dline

I agree with all this

2019 LSU is definitely in the conversation

Just wanted to put things into perspective

Indiana wouldn’t beat any NFL team, that is just ludicrous

2019 LSU might have

The overall talent on that team was flat out filthy

That Auburn game was the only game I was nervous all year.

Yall could just get pressure and control the run game with just your front four. It was impressive.

The Auburn game being early in the season helped us

Later in the year, we lose by 3 TDs to LSU

That Auburn team had some high draft picks, especially DL. Part of 2019 LSU's mystique is that they kept building momentum through the season and became more and more unstoppable. Especially after Plumlee ran wild on us, a switch flipped and it was all over after that.

Yep same way Indiana has become unstoppable now

Miami is red hot too but I don’t expect them to stay within 14 of the Hoosiers

Yea Auburn’s D line was really good. And that game was played in the rain and mud. Made for an ugly grind it out game

2022 UGA had to come back and barely beat Mizzou. Good teams find ways to win even when they aren't playing their best.

I’ll point this out again. No team against the 2019 LSU team from Game 1 to Game 15 ever had the ball in the 4th quarter with a chance to tie the score or take the lead.

Auburn had the best defensive game plan against us. Although, we still had a lot of offensive yards, the defensive scheme kept us from scoring at will. No shame in that win!

The loaded 2019 Bama team would beat the 2025 Bama team by 30.

Damn…. been less than two weeks….and a Gump is using 38-3 as a brag and justification to put down GOAT LSU.

That is just SAD! Truly broken Gumps!

Bring back the old Gumps!

Yeah, but LSU beat Bama back when they were great and relevant with the GOAT, Saban...at Bama. LSU had 33 points at half. And LSU's 46 points is the most Bama has ever given up at Bryant-Jenny in the 90+ year history of the stadium in a 4 quarter game.

Indiana is excellent though and definitely emasculated Bama too, so big props to them.
