Q: How long did he last at Ole Miss?

A: Until LSU came calling.

So many OM fans are absolutely broken over Kiffin.

And spare me the…no we aren’t, we’re about to play for NC

If you weren’t broken over it, you wouldn’t be making posts of this nature. You’d be making posts about your team playing for a NC.

Yall kept the guy that’s responsible for all of OM’s success so it shouldn’t matter. Right?

I think disappointed is closer to the truth, and angry he went to coach for a rival just when they had a chance to play for it all.

I think it has more to do with player greed, portal, and NIL making the choice to take the LSU job. It's a better chance to consistently play for it all, plus the money.

Lane is getting damped on by the media, but they will move on to the next click bait shite down the road. It may be next year but the worm will turn.

....and it may be Bama or your school in the crosshairs.....who knows with the media.

The Raiders will be looking for their 6th coach since 2021.....6th!

That's a problem with the owner and GM, not the coaches. He wasn't even given much of a chance.

I don't personally like Pete Carroll, but the guy has been a successful coach in both college and the NFL.

Lame troll attempt.....do better next time.

Oh look- another thread started by Ole Miss fan concerning Kiffin or LSU.

Sheesh, enjoy your sugar win and the fact you’re representing the SEC in the CFP semifinals!

I can agree with this, but OM hasn't missed a beat and IMO will beat Miami and play for the NC.

OM fans will never understand how LSU told Lane to pack his things. It was time to leave the Grove. Andddd they still mad.

You know who some of them are also mad at but haven't said much publicly?

The GOAT...who also told him to take the LSU job.

Well he did what the great Nick Saban couldn’t pull off. Won a title in college and the pros. Nicky ran back to college after he couldn’t cut in the big leagues.

Please enlighten us. Then you and I can get into pissing contest over who's been more successful in football and baseball and track, women's basketball. Hell, probably more successful in mens basketball, but I can't be for sure.

Fire away.
