Still needs his waiver.

We're also getting Deuce Knight out of the portal from Auburn

Kid was incredibly mature about the Trinidad situation. Think he's gone even if Trinidad leaves. Imagine he wants a fresh start. Wish he was going to a school we don't play next year but rooting for him to do well.

Missouri fans, he has as much arm talent as anyone I've ever seen. Hope he kills if for y'all in 11 of the 12 games in the season next year

Chambliss is unlikely to get his waiver. Ole Miss will bring in two QBs via the portal.

Simmons has a ton of potential and I still think he has the most arm talent of any QB I've seen. He's got a high price tag. Miami is in play as well as Mizzou

Think miami has proven they are going to get a top 5 qb in the portal every year. Simmons could end up being the best, but he's unproven so think they'll go for a bigger name

After Trinidad is gone, Ole Miss will be back to their normal average days w/ the football program.

Appreciate the insight. I don't know much about him, but it sounds like if nothing else he's got a good head on his shoulders. Excited to welcome him to CoMo

Think I remember the same thing being said after Dart left.

Chambliss is gone. His stock will never get this high again. Kid would be top 5 pick in draft ,now. No reason to return to college football .

I am hopefully optimistic we get this guy. Everything I've read about him, makes me think he is a wonderful young man and an instant elevation for any program. I hate to see any school go through the stuff Ole Miss is dealing with right now, but I have to be selfish here and say I hope Simmons lands at Mizzou.

He’s universally loved by OM fans. He’s got a turnover problem but oozing with talent and intelligence. Has the right intangibles to be very successful.

He’s one of the few I’ll hope for his success even if it’s elsewhere. If he can clean up the turnovers and decision making, he’s gonna be a problem. Thankfully, those things can be fixed with coaching.

Yea, I think that is what has me so excited about the potential of landing him. For a group of fans who have been put through the ringer the past month, they all seem to really want to see Simmons succeed (wherever that may be). Tells you all you need to know about the young man.

Wow! You are a pain in the gut. Why are LSU fans acting this way? Does anyone think LSU really going to have a great season this coming season? I don't think so.
