Agree it was a horrible call and he owned it but the domination afterwards wasn’t because of one bad call. Cignetti is as close to a Saban clone as I have seen as far as toughness and personality. Even more so than Smart.

That 4th down call was stupid but not surprising. Deboer and Grubb has gotten fortunate on many bad decisions this year. If they hadn't been fortunate, we might be moving on from Deboer by now.

The fumble by Ty when they could have cut the lead to 10-3 or 10-7 was the downfall. The whole team gave up after that.

This game was like the Ga game and the OK game before it. You have to play small ball or smart ball, no turnovers, no stupid risks (like a flea flicker that gets your qb killed or putting a receiver on punt returns thats having hand problems)...Deboer and Grubbs lack that ability. They either don't understand small ball or dont know how to accomplish it.
