I think he wanted out this year. Couldn’t find a taker.

Oddly enough, none of the programs that fired their coach for not winning big games wanted to hire a coach who can’t beat a team with a winning record.

Florida under Napier couldn’t even win the little games, but drink just doesn’t seem like a guy who is sec material

If I remember correctly his seat was scortxhing hot but he had a good season and ended up winning the cotton bowl which saved him for a few years but seems like it’s coming full corcle

Sorry but yall are crazy about Drink. Dude is a solid coach. He is a good fit for Mizzou and can keep them at 9 or 10 wins a year

The new OC might save him down the road.

I sure hope so ! The Chip Lindsey hire at least is a glimmer of hope, heading into a dark gloomy ( without football ) winter.

Knowing Mizzou, back when I heard Lindsey had been hired I immediately thought .this guy :

Judy Judy Judy !

Mizzou needs to move to a conference in which it can be more competitive, such as C-USA.
