Alabama will be in and it's because it turns out - just adding more playoff spots doesn't produce more playoff quality teams.

SEC championship game needs to be switched from championship to wildcard game.

After this performance we deserve to be left out but it's probably not going to be a positive for college football.

At the least they should allow a team like Bama to opt out of the SEC championship so not to risk losing and it knocking them out of playoffs. Then the number 3 team goes to Atlanta

It could follow conference standings much like the championship game. If you're #2 & feel like you're already in, just decline the invitation & let #3 play #4 instead.
