We’re not going to get rid of the DeBoer at this point. His ceiling is probably 9-10 wins in a season, but it would at least take another year or two of not making the playoffs before it would even considered.

Not too mad. DeBoer is a good coach and his teams have shown promise. Here's hoping it all comes together next year. Otherwise, we'll be looking for another coach. Only a matter of time before we get the right one.
