He wasn't faithful to the Louisiana Tigers but in the end he remained loyal to the Alabama crimson tide graciously turning down his stalker yet again. Has any program ever been as obsessed with another team's coach as LSU?

Actually, if Lane had chosen to stay at Ole Miss, the Saban/LSU talks would have renewed. He was deferring to Lane.

We can't forget Saban told Alabama goodbye following a Rose Bowl loss. He simply walked away disgusted with it all.
