Love this staff, have to agree on his hot read options.
You absolutely can't have your easiest/quickest read on a play where they send people be a 20+ yard route.
Im fine with someone running a 20 yard drag, but you absolutely need to have someone else on a 5 yard quick hit or read blitz and go screen.

That was really good. Thanks for posting. Summary of his points.
- We missed on some decisions in blitz situations up front
- Auburn ended up bringing equal numbers to our blockers quite a bit, but in ways that created situations where we had 2 guys blocking 1 or an OL blocking nobody, creating a numbers advantage at the QB
- Brailsford was clearly not healthy and got beat 2-3 times because of it
- Running Back Pass Blocking was atrocious
- Ty is making throws in a way that suggests he doesn't trust his RBs are gonna pick up rushers
- Auburn did a good job of disguising pressures but more so disguising LBs dropping into hot route passing lanes and bringing other guys (Oklahoma did the same). Took away a lot of the easy check throws.
- Too many pass calls without a quick option

This is one of the more infuriating things about our offense. It’s no secret that opposing defenses are bringing pressure.

I will say, he points out on 2-3 plays that we had a quick option but Auburn disguised a pressure by then dropping a guy up at the LOS into the middle of the field that Ty clearly did not anticipate, taking away a built in quick throw.

I haven't watched the video but does he opine on whether this is an OC issue or if Ty is creating the issue by audibling on his own?
I see Ty check with the sidelines fairly often, but I don't know if there are situations where he's making checks on his own without the sideline signaling them in.
