If you state facts to an LSU fan, they just respond by saying you are melting or just "melt". Very interesting deflection.

Where were all of these "facts" before LSU hired Lane? frick, I was harder on him than almost anyone. Now all of a sudden, he's not a good coach. Get the frick outta here with your facts.

I said pretty much the same thing when he was first considered to be our coach. I don't think that he's a championship coach. I think he folds under pressure and tries to get too cute with the play calls. BUT, I was the only one saying that then. Now we have people coming out of nowhere to say that he isn't a good coach. Since we are talking facts and all.

He’s a good coach. He could’ve easily lost to Kentucky and Arkansas this year and he would’ve been putting on his knee pads for the Auburn or Florida administration right now.

I don't believe I understand what is the proper use of the word "melt" in a social slang type meaning.
