Vandy Flips Top QB from Georgia.. again... there will never be a dominant team in SEC

Let's look at the picture. We talked yesterday about this with some people saying there will always be some because we are the top teams.
Georgia has lost 2 -5 star players. One to TEXAS FRIGGIN TECH... and now one to VANDY.
MS ST just flipped a 5 star from Auburn.
Here it is. Again. The roster hording is over. You are not going to pay the back ups more than another team can pay him as a starter. You are seeing it play out in this season.
It will now come down to better coaching. What has to change is the ridiculous crap of a play off system. Go ahead and combine the SEC, Big, and ACC and create a whole new system that's closer to the NFL.
It's literally asinine that Vandy is not in but BYU is.

Maybe he just didn’t want to leave home?

No teams will be as deep as any former SEC champ the last twenty years. Individuals stars will want to get paid

Relax, the kid goes to HS in Nashville and grew up rooting for Vandy
Agree with many of your points, though, but this scenario is as simple as that.

Well, except for Vandy.

I'm not wrong because of Lane. I'm right because it's happening. Lane isn't going to stop NIL. Lane isn't going to pay more than another team can pay his back up. Not happening. A kid with the option to get more money plus start is always going to choose that later.
You would too.

Nope. He got paid what he wanted. He may have grown up a fan, but money talks.
Do you know how many players from MS we get? Players that grew up fans of Ole Miss or Ms ST. Going to games every weekend...etc.
How did we get them? We had more to offer. That kid is not choosing Vandy over Georgia without the money.

Dint want him anywho.
Want to get that out there.

The best part about it is that hus playstyle is like a 5* Pavia.
Nice fit for the system.

So there is more parity now?

Player character and desire to improve is paramount when signing these guys, at least if you intend to keep them.
