Losing one recruit will never be the end of the world, but this one sucks. Composite #1 quarterback in the country and built like Gunner Stockton in a lab. Throws 65 yard jump passes.

Listening to the different recruiting nerds in the last few days, it basically comes down to wanting to start as a freshman. Mom wanted him to go to Georgia.

Time to sign a portal quarterback with multiple years of eligibility, unless you're sold that Puglisi is the answer based on throwing passes against a Marshall defense that was ready to quit and go get a shower and a snack.

Isn't there a bit of smoke on Puglisi to the portal?

As we predicted in the recruiting thread in October....ravioli all over again. These dudes don't want to sit even for a year I guess.

Oh well. Montgomery and Pugilisi are good enough to me. I like what I've seen from Pugs. Just needs to value the ball a little more but I like that he isn't scared to throw it when he sees it

Yeah...maybe this will calm those waters though.

One play away from playing with a running QB that refuses to slide...

I'm good with Pugs. My bigger concern is lack of signing stellar RB last year and this year.

it's no different than raiola or any of the other inevitable QBs that will ultimatley decide not to come to UGA becuase they can play immediately at a lesser school.

I said the minute JC committeed that I wasn't going to really care or react considering he would likely never play a meaninful snap at UGA if he even comes here at all, and lo and behold..

We will have someboyd start at QB every year. maybe it's an upperclassman like Gunner that's been around a while. Maybe it's a portal transfer wtih experience. Maybe it's an underclassman for us that has at least been exposed to the UGA way of doing things. When ti comes to QB though I dont' think I'll ever really sweat losing a HS senior anymore.

I just so happen to be listening to Brooks and he just went on a tirade that he must be lying to Georgia if he does go forward with a flip.

So it appears he and his camp is full of it. So pretty aggravating that he’s played it out for so long to pretty much leave when it comes down to getting the signature.

So thanks for that, Jared.

Curtis himself just tweeted that he doesn’t know where all this is coming from. Wild if true.

Yet another kid that doesn’t want to take the time to learn the position at the highest level. Such a shame.

Vandy had their generational QB and a very old team this year and are on the bubble. This kid will get mentally and physically destroyed next year if he’s QB 1 there.

How many times is this going to happen? No time to go get someone else now. Just like with Raola

Dramatic!

You can't tweet and complain it leaking about it if you're planning to flip on Wednesday....then you really look like an a-hole

It's the Hayes Fawcett guy who always does the committment graphics. Curtis probably didn't realize that Fawcett was going to put out of his dorky committment graphic.

I wouldn’t worry too much about this, big difference from a private christian school and the SEC.

A lot, probably every other year or so. I don't blame players for not coming here, I do blame them for committing for months or even years before ultimatley changing their mind. That I don't get. Althoguh I'm sure we've paid them handsomely on recruiting visits

Shouldn’t need to talk to UGA unless every conversation he’s had with us recently has been a lie.

If I were Kirby I’d have a hard time answering that phone call. But I’m sure he will, Kirby stays playing the long game.

Running backs are a dime a dozen if you have a good offensive line. Look at the NFL Draft.

This guy wou'dve been our highest-ranked quarterback since Stafford, and quarterbacks go at the top of the NFL Draft.

I think the talent at RB overall across college football has dropped off over the last few years. This is a direct result of RBs struggling to get paid in the NFL. Elite athletes are switching positions if they can.
