Nick Saban talks about the greatest speech he's ever heard a coach give.

He did punch a clemson player, so that was neat

Saban has a tendency to exaggerate sometimes. Michigan was 8-2 and ranked #7 going into that game, not an unbeaten #1. Couldn’t find the point spread but hard to believe 17 points since OSU was 7-3.

Saban did not say he was a great guy, just that he gave a great speech.

Dude is old as shite and has coached hundreds of games with multiple different teams. It's easy to get your facts twisted when you take all that into consideration.

Lou holtz after being fired for losing to Clemson in his final game(game ended in bench clearing brawl “my mentor went out with a fight against Clemson so it’s only fitting I did too”

I'll never forget sitting in a bar with a buddy drinking beer, football game on in the background with no sound. Told my buddy "I must be drunk because it looked like Woody Hayes just punched a player".

Wasn’t it the other day that he was calling himself a dumbass for having Julian Sayin on the scout team for a year when he didn’t even show up until December?

I like Saban a lot, but he does take some liberties with his stories sometimes.
