Are we making wagers on Texas/Texas A&M?

Weird matchup actually. Rivalry factor.. TAMU has already clinched a playoff spot, UT is fighting for an outside shot. Longhorns are at home.
Two things immediately pop into the observers mind: Aggies have less pressure with the postseason already on the horizon. Longhorns have quite a bit of pressure because they absolutely need this game.
Does playing loose or playing tense matter more?
I'm not touching this line personally.

Usually do a ban bet around here.

I got A&M but can't play like they did against South Carolina
I'm a full believer that was their "scare" but Texas won't choke it away like we did. Not many teams would, though

Is there a Vegas line yet?

Have they? If they get blown out by Texas and UGA, I think they’re left out.
There’s generational trauma associated with this rivalry. Texas University and their graduates have long dominated A&M in every facet of life.
Don’t underestimate that.

I dunno
Something about this year's A&M feels different. Not saying Texas can't win, of course.

They are stuck in the saddle since 1939. It is what it is.
Battered Aggie Syndrome is a real thing

A&M loses if they step on their own dicks. As they have been known to do. Those pussies and their cuckold coach in Austin couldn’t beat any team with a pulse

My guess is Aggies by 6.5 with o/u at 65.5
But there is nothing that could make me bet actual money on this game.

The record in this series from 1975 to present is 19 - 19 and of course tu ducked playing the Aggies during the years we had Manziel.
You call that domination?

This is A&M's magical year. Undefeated and pulling off crazy shite to get there like the SC comeback. Texas is losing this one.

The data says two things.
One that eventually we return to mean. We are due for a loss.
But it also says we statistically have a better team. Looking at each position group I think the only place Texas has an advantage is at kicker. And that may be significant. Especially in a close game.
We average over six yards a carry while the horns average far less, last I checked just under 4. And it’s worth noting that A&Ms best back has been out most of the season. He has been practicing for two weeks and should return for Texas.
As far as explosives, each team has their big play makers but A&M has four or five WRs that are lightening fast and have made big plays all season. ABR. Bussey, KC, Craver. Plus TE’s that are legit.
But Texas has shown they can produce here too. I actually think this will be neutralized due to the Texas defense. They are legit.
I see it a lot like the Auburn game for A&M. Both teams will struggle to score and the running game will win the day.
OL. Aggies have quite possibly a he best OL in the nation. They are 7-8 deep and they work extremely well as a unit. The Aggies have allowed 11 sacks all season.
The Longhorns have allowed nearly twice that amount. 21 sacks so far.
DL. Run defense. Texas has the advantage here. Pass defense A&M does. Aggies have given up tons of yards rushing this season. The horns haven’t. However the A&M pass defense and ability to rush the passer is elite.
I see a very close game. I wouldn’t bet on this game. Each team can take advantage of the others weaknesses pretty well. I may bet the over/under. We may only see a total 45 points scored.
