Good coach but way overrated. I think he will fall on his face at next major job. Hes been a power 5 coach for over a decade and never won a power conference title

Good coach, but not mentally stable...there is something wrong with that man. I said in another thread, I'll say it here. I believe it is only a matter of time before he does something terrible. I hope he's not at Ole Miss when that happens.

I think Kiffin is one of the best offensive minds in college football but the jury's still out on him as a HC; but at the same time if I were Ole Miss I'd be happy for him to stay.

I don’t know enough about him to have an educated opinion.

Good coach, probably on the spectrum.

Says a lot about the current state of college football and coaching talent that this guy who has never won anything is the "prize" coach available in the market.

He's trolling everyone. Best candidate of a shitty pool in a cycle with a lot of openings. He'll leverage LSU and Florida to get a raise from OM.
He knows that he and they have hit their ceilings. He'll flop at a bigger time program.

Bright football mind. Extremely immature. Every year there's like a 25% chance of some kind of implosion so, given enough time, the meltdown will occur.

I don't know how anyone can say he's anything but a very good coach. 10 wins in 4/5 years at Ole Miss is unprecedented. Now, he absolutely does some boneheaded shite. He benched his only good RB for the Florida game last year and moved a 5th string WR to RB that week. Ole Miss subsequently ran the ball like shite and lost not only the game, but a playoff spot. Last year we had arguably the most talented team in the SEC and went 9-3 almost strictly due to the offense. There are some other head scratchers like the 4th down from his own 25 against OU this year and there are a number of those sprinkled throughout his time here.
He's also been given everything he's needed by Ole Miss. If he left, it'd be interesting to see if the next coach can replicate what he did at Ole Miss assuming the resources stay in place. If so, maybe he's not as good as we thought. But I don't think there's anyone better at drawing it up offensively in college football regardless of his HC ability.

Freaky good offensive coach. What he has done at OM is remarkable. Mississippi has a small
Population compared to most if not all states in SEC. And before you mention they recruit nationally and NIL, I know. He has the $ support and he will never know what it really at another school until he has been there for a while. On the other hand if LSU or UF or whoever gives him total reign he could potentially win a natty. He is a little weird and snarky but young people like that. Where he has grown is the CEO role.

Good coach and would probably be a fan if he was coach of my team but honestly from opposing fan prospective he seems like a punk......
but I probably feel that way because he's stolen like 20 of our players in the last 3 years....

I'd like to see him slap Layla to see if he had grit or not.

The Trump of the SEC. He is capable of good things, but his buzzard mouth overloads his hummingbird arse at times.

wouldn’t want him at Texas because he’d be definitely get caught with a dead hooker in the middle of an undefeated season / playoff run and we’d have to fire him

It’s not like he’s a proven natty winner like Jimbo fisher

Lane Kiffin is basically a less wealthy Elon Musk.
Good at what they do. Probably could even be better. Loves to troll. Finds juvenile hijinks funny. Can flip a switch from work mode to goof off mode. And appears to be slightly on the spectrum.
