The only reason fouling can be a winning strategy is because players can’t make their foul shots. I never have understood how these guys can hit 3’s from almost half court but miss a wide open shot from about 15ft away from the basket. It makes no sense.

They get into their own head at the line. Too many eyes on them vs the hectic running up and down the court where you have to process information faster.

I was always pretty good at foul shots. If I did miss a couple though and I didn’t feel as confident as I normally did then I always found if I used the backboard more and banked them in then I got back on track. The backboard is not hanging there as a suggestion. If players used it more then it would make them a lot better free throw shooters.

We have a coach. No reason to search. And we have some really nice cheerleaders. Easy on the eyes and talented. And of the opposite sex.

He is in his 6th season at Ole Miss. Now the last A&M coach that exceeded 6 years was Slocum. He was booted in 2002. So I’m not sure what the heck you’re talking about.
As far as women….well per capita I believe Ole Miss holds its own with beautiful women. As Im sure College Station does. Which begs the question….why you guys won’t let them be cheerleaders?

I never realized so many of you watch football for the cheerleaders. Its become a very entertaining obsession from many of our SEC brethren.
