If tweet fails to load, click here. Another jewel. No way this committee is taking this serious.

But our offense is rated #9 in FEI and #14 in F+. Because we pass the ball. We also pass the ball to our RB a good bit as an extension of the running game.
I don't even care about the rankings really, but frick this shite is dumb.

So rushing stats are a metric now?

No argument here but using it as a metric for ranking teams is pretty fricking stupid.

I dont disagree, was just taking a cheap shot. Its just been a long time since Bama put up rushing offensive totals like this

FIFY. SEC better be ready to break away and do our own thing. This is ridiculous at this point.

The FSU loss was a really bad loss. No real getting around that.

It's weird no doubt.
I actually thought we did better in that area against Oklahoma. Which was surprising and promising considering they have a pretty good line/front.

Who would you say has the best win this year? And where does beating #5 UGA on their field rank on that list?

We all knew it was coming after they started 0-2. They’ve beaten USC. Only ranked team. This asshat talks about rushing yards! What the heck?

This is the way Alabama has always been treated, so I'm not sure what you are talking about honestly.
National Championship formats were changed back and forth back in the 60's and 70's just to try and keep Alabama from winning them, or because people were upset about Alabama winning them. It is funny, because they would change it, and then Alabama would win it anyway.
We were also the first team to win a national championship as part of the Bowl Coalition. Which is where the BCS originated, because the Big10 and Pac10 would only play themselves in the Rose Bowl hijacking the system. So the other schools had to get together and start playing #1 and #2 when possible without them. That was in 1992, Alabama beat Miami - but Miami was expected to blow Alabama out.
We got to the 4 team playoffs because people were upset about Alabama getting a rematch against LSU in 2011. The SEC had been pushing for a 4 team playoff for over 10 years, that's what it took to finally get it. Hell, just before we get the 12 team playoff, people are once again bitching about Alabama getting the #4 spot.
I grew up calling the NCAA the National Conspiracy Against Alabama. Which is obviously a joke, but it's because we never got shite in the form of special breaks. We had to forfeit and entire season because a player signed a napkin while drinking, then changed his mind when sober.
The only thing new here is they finally managed to get the voting down to a few people which makes it all easily controllable. But overall, it's nothing new regardless of the myths and excuses people make.

Sounds like you shouldn't have lost to the Semenholes. With 2 losses you're going to need to win the SECCG if you want to host.
Ole Miss is sitting pretty.... Odds are they win the Egg Bowl and likely won't make the SECCG which gives them the best spot in the CFP.
Of course that could change if Texas Tech chokes

But we also have the best win in the country and 3 other ranked wins. If it just about losses, then we need to toss out SOS and the SEC should cancel the 9 game schedule tomorrow.
If Texas had scheduled Kent State instead of Ohio State, y’all would be in the playoff. That’s what the committee is saying.
