4-2 in their breakout campaign. How was the talk about them not being ready for the SEC wrong again considering they are like a tip 5 program in the history of the sport?

I don't discount a road win in Tuscaloosa in any way, shape or form, but we may have learned more about Bama this weekend that Zero U.

Technically, OUs win record against the SEC is much greater if you go back to the Big 12 / Big 8 days.
But personally I don’t care about all that. What I care about is today and that Venables is slowly starting to turn the corner for the better.

OU has 50 Conference Championships
Probably twice as many Big 12 titles as the rest of the Big 12 combined in that conferences history.

Ah, yes, 77-0.
What's amazing is that it was 77-0 after 3 quarters before Bob Stoops decided to act like a pussy in the 4th quarter.

Which was VERY un Stoops like. He could have and usually ran the score up. But 77-0 is about as run the score up as you can get.
Pretty sure it was at College Station too.
I dont think there is a worse arse whipping in P4 in the past 30 years of a historic top 25 program. Even Texas route 66 or OU beating Texas 63-14 wasnt as bad.

First year we had 6 WRs injured and two freshman QBs with 12 different OL out …..
First year wasn’t any indication of anything other than bad timing .
We tried to tell you … you found out the hard way … more losses for the rest of the sec … we never said we was taking over we just told you … there wouldn’t be much drop off . OU has already beaten 4 ranked teams and Mizery is up next at 23 . OUs defense will travel …. We might not win everything but if our offense catches up to our defense in a year or two and we all know it will … then we are talking next level … about like what you see UGA do to Texas this last week.
No one can take anything away with OU winning @ Tennessee and @ Bama … how many of the current sec teams have done that while Bama was on a 18 plus win streak at home? Maybe one to two teams have done it
